How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return by following the following steps

1. Access the Returns Form here


2. Complete all the fields in the form, including the order number
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store
4. Click "Submit returns request"

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
