Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a pre-order 

• Before Shipment: You may cancel a pre-order before shipping. Please Raise a Ticket ASAP if you wish to do so.

• Deposits: Please note deposits become non-refundable once the pre-order is in stock and ready to ship. This includes non-payment of the final invoice. In this case, the order will be cancelled and the deposits will become forfeited.

• After Shipment: Once the pre-ordered item has been shipped, our standard return and refund policy will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We don't charge for cancelling a pre-order and we operate a "fair use" policy. However, if multiple orders are cancelled, you may be restricted from placing any future pre-orders.
